Participate in the Harmony Project and Give Back to Society

Since November 2006, when Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and China Youth Daily jointly launched the "Harmony Project" of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Porient has actively cooperated and participated in such activities. Under the call and advocacy of the company, all the employees donated books and clothes to the impoverished students in Minxian County, Gansu Province. Ms. Suorina represented the entrepreneurs from to visit the impoverished students in Minxian County, Gansu Province. Unexpectedly, a little help that was insignificant was met with simple and unadorned thank-you letters from the children. When everyone received the letters written by the impoverished students, they were all moved by the children's simple words. Everyone said that our insignificant act had earned so many touching words, and expressed that as long as there was an opportunity, everyone would actively participate in meaningful activities like this, encouraging and supporting those children who were self-reliant and tenacious in their efforts.
At the end of 2006, the company held a cultural performance. The last program was the employees' performance of "Grateful Heart". Gratitude and giving back to society are the responsibilities and obligations of every responsible enterprise and individual. In this broader context, Porient will continue to do its utmost to contribute to society. At the same time, we will incorporate this sense of gratitude and giving back as part of our corporate culture to inspire all employees, encouraging them to take on more social responsibilities in their personal and career development.
