On April 9th, the 2022 annual kick-off meeting ，themed "Strengthening Management, Forging an Iron Army, Creating Quality Products, and Expanding Channels", was successfully held. Due to the impact of the epidemic, this meeting was held at the Beijing headquarters,while employees from other places will participate through the video conference system.
  This meeting was presided over by Zheng Jinping from the Human Resources Department. It consisted of three parts: commendation and award presentation, annual work summary and plan report, and general mobilization order.

The awarding ceremony was composed of the presentation of awards such as the 2021 Points Action, the Five Tiger Generals of the Year Iron Army, the Star of the R&D Quarter, the Wisdom Sharing, the 2021 Outstanding Employee: Hunting Champion, the Best Breakthrough Award, the Striving Star, the Sales Pioneer, the Daily Upward, the Annual Model, and the Outstanding Cadre. All the awardees went on stage one after another to receive their awards.
