On April 7th, Porient held its 2023 second quarter kick-off meeting in Beijing with the theme of "Gathering Talents, Creating Quality Products, Expanding Channels, and Increasing Output". 

This meeting was presided over by Zheng Jinping from the Human Resources Department. It consisted of four parts: welcoming new comrades-in-arms, quarterly commendation and award, quarterly work report, and general Mobilization order.

In the first quarter, we welcomed nine outstanding new colleagues to join the Porient family, injecting fresh blood into the company. 

The awarding and recognition section consists of the 2023 first-quarter Points Action, Quarterly Sales Star, R&D Quarterly Star, and Wisdom Sharing, among others. All the awardees will come to the stage to receive their recognition.

Mr. Fan Kunfang, the chairman and general manager of Mercedes-Benz Oriental, issued a general mobilization order.

Finally, General Manager Fan delivered a presentation on the second-quarter plan and strategy, calling on everyone to focus on enhancing product capabilities and taking the improvement of product stability and quality as the main tasks. At the same time, increase the per capita output of the direct sales team; We will spare no effort to build channels, empower partners and effectively increase the proportion of channel performance.
